GetYourPermit does not ask you to create an account, enter an email address, or give us your property address. You can use every part of the site anonymously.
What an estimate stores
The choices you make in the estimator — city, ADU type, and size — live only in the page address (the URL) so you can bookmark or share a report. We do not save those choices to a database or tie them to you.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request logs (page requested, approximate time, browser type, and IP address) to keep the service running and to detect abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to build profiles.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising cookies and do not sell or share personal information. If we add privacy-respecting usage analytics in the future, this page will say so.
Links to city websites
Reports link to official city and county pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave GetYourPermit.
